Should I wait until get the 1* hulk from the crystals before I go to uncoleted?

Hi guys
I have the roster to try uncoleted,but I miss the 1* hulk. Have been trying to get him for couple of weeks, but no luck. I know he is critical to do the variant 4 100%.
Should I wait?
There is any other way to get him after uncoleted?
