Recently got my first Rank 5, now what?

I’m struggling with choosing which of my 5 stars to rank up (to rank 3 or 4) as I have very limited resources as a free to play player and many options. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I’m currently exploring Act 5 and am 60% of the way through. I have also just recently took my Aegon to rank 5. Given that info and pics of my 5 star roster, who should I prioritize in terms of ranking and leveling up?

    Quake
    All good choices (though Namor needs to be awakened at high sig to really get the most out of him). But if you can learn to play Quake, you can get through so much stuff
