How to keep Dexterity Mastery without triggering Precision?

Whenever I dodge an attack, precision is triggered until I land next hit, which is annoying if there is Spite node there——Power Gain is triggered in enemy (18% per sec).

Is there any way to avoid this precision, if I don’t want to remove Dexterity mastery....

Try to dodge it without triggering Dex. Otherwise, you can't. Unless you have Red Guardian.

If you trigger the dexterity mastery, it will trigger the precision buff as well.
You can either desactivate the mastery, or learn to evade without triggering the buff. It won't work against attacks (mostly projectiles) that will hit you across the screen, so you would need to block/parry those

Dexterity precision needed to be a passive buff instead. It’s really stupid and annoying having to switch dex off each time u need to fight a high pi dormammu, a difficult spite fight or even buffet node. It interacts with more things that it should, as the most basic mastery. Hence why is still maybe the only mastery is actually a disadvantage to max out (3/3), instead of an advantage.

Kabam wants that buff like that so they can punish you for it. I know that sounds bad but that's how it is. Just like you get punished for getting buffs in general on buffet node. It's by design. They have to figure out ways to counter, or fight against, people who mastered the general AI fighting style.

In regards to Dormammu, you definitely can completely evade the special one at a timing that's a half step off dexterity so you never trigger the buff

Use Invisible Woman and turn off Dexterity
