So the old class masteries are pretty much either broken or pretty useless (apart from MD). Here are my suggestions as to how to change them.
Skill - Increase the attack of skill champions by 0.5-2% for every 1% ability accuracy reduction the opponent is suffering (world great with BW and Night Thrasher)
Mutant - increase the duration of DOT effects by 5-20% (AA, Sunspot you name it)
Tech - decrease the effectiveness of power gaining effects by 10-50% (works on spite or Dr Strange)
Science - increases the duration of non-damaging debuffs by 10-50%
Cosmic - increases attack by 1.5-10% for every buff on the champion (Angela, venom, silver surfer, great for loads of cosmics)
Mystic - EXACTLY THE SAME DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CHANGE MD!
