Warlock's infection

Hey guys, recently I've been noticing than warlock's hability accuracy reduction has been malfunctioning or not functioning at all.
At first I thought that it was poor RNG but fighting the mister sinister boss in act 6.2.2 it was clear when at 3 infection I was still receiving all the shock passives even with a 90% hability accuracy reduction.
I hope this can be looked out ASAP.

warlock's infection only reduces offensive ability accuracy reduction, not all ability accuracy reduction. I'm not sure which category mr sinister's ability to reflect debuffs falls under but im pretty sure it doesnt fall under offensive ability accuracy.
