Tech Awakening Gem

I recently pulled a Star Lord and I was wondering if I should use it on him or wait for someone better to come around. I already have an Ultron and Ghost, both awakened. I’m trying to become uncollected if that’s a factor.

It’s probably more personal preference than anything but I’d prefer awakening Sparky over him far as high damage techs go lol
