This feels like a set up.

Rank 5 him. He is beyond god tier god of a champion.

It would be nice if I could say that now you're opened up because Juggernaut is a great champ with lots of abilities pulled from his decades long rich history in a variety of Marvel media. I can't say that because while his model and animations are top notch, he super sucks and can barely do anything worthwhile and his synergies could charitably be called ultratrash.

Rank him up to R3 and put him in war defense

First two 5*s for me when they were introduced to the game, haha

He was my first 5s dupe years ago
I take him to r4 with MD at 4/5 What a BOSS
then came Blade ... end of story

My advice is to call a therapist or join a support group

I have duped my 5 juggernaut. Twice. And he’s great for arena. Not so much everywhere else

Use him for arena fodder. If you are in a low AW tier, you could possibly rank him up if you have no other options and put him on a stun immune node.

My 4* was War boss MVP, but those were the days.

If you need to take on Emma Frost or inverted control nodes, am I correct he is a go to?

He was my first 6*...and still just as useless...
