What happens if someone buys tickets for 1 of 5 AQ days

Do they still get rank rewards and peak milestones if they participate in only 1 day of aq? Seems like a glaring issue. Whereas before, people had to pay so they have an incentive to join every AQ day for daily rewards.

Thats no differernt to someone only doing one day of AQ and not donating tho, right? It's down to alliances to deal with those players how they see fit.

I get that, but the difference is when a player donates ahead of time in order for the alliance to have funds to open maps, the player then has an incentive to join the maps to get daily rewards to subsidize their donations. Now that the player doesn't donate ahead of time, the alliance could open maps for free, and players have less incentive to join. They could just join one day of aq and qualify for end of week rewards. Unless there's a minimum of say 4 days of aq done to qualify for rank rewards and peak milestones.

I am wondering what happens if you buy the ticket and start and not enough summoners join...it would suck to end up with 6 guys in an aq because others couldn't afford to join or had some other issue...if you use it and there are "no shows" or not enough summoners to 100 % the map do you get it back for the next aq?? And there are some allianced where the top guys fund the events because the rest have no resources...now they cannot do that, so it would make insuring that you had a full aq more difficult.
So are alliances going to end up just sitting out aqs over and over until everyone can buy in???

If they don’t join on the first day, you can decide what to do.

If they still don’t join on the second day, you can decide what to do.

If they stubbornly don’t join on the third day, why are you keeping that person?

In the end...it feels like this has been done to keep access to the higher tier goods as limited as possible. They know many summoners are at point that they need t5b and t5c and they want to be able to say "it's there! It's in the game! Go get it!" Without too many people being able to do that. Then it can be packaged in an offer and sold to us under stress and duress.
