Unable to move forward in quests

The title says it all I am unable to move in quests. Even when I tap on the next tile I stay at my original position only. I am stuck in the middle of 5.3 Hyperion quest. I can't go towards that Howard the duck.

    But I have done that path before so I should not need any keys now to do that path again

    It’s the way it works. Can’t help it. Anyway you’ve done the whole quest what’s the point of going back in there.
    Well I was farming revives and refills and that path has 2 revives

    Contact Kabam Support and ask for more Keys if you have opened all the Gates already.
