Approximately what war rating is tier 3?

I run a 1BG AW and currently our war rating is 2741 in tier 4. Approximately what rating is tier 3 war?

Roughly 2800+ but some alliances get in with less

Got into tier 3 when we reached 2772. Won first tier 3 war then got our ass kicked in the next 2 wars. Lol
