What doctor to r5 (5*)

I have sig200 Dr Voodoo, i love to play with him, love his regen,poison and power control. Also i have sig1 Dr. Doom, awakened him from red rift AG. I know he is OK, but i not tried him. I want to use one of them in AQ map 5-6 as a r5. Suggestions?
