Hey roger_p, we're always considering everyone's feedback and looking at potential ways we can improve the game. While I can't confirm whether or not we'll be making changes to the Loyalty Store, it's definitely something that's on our radar.

As for Rank Down Tickets, we've already stated in the Forum FAQs that we don't have any plans to bring them back to The Contest. However, if the need arises in the future and we happen to change our minds about that, we'll be sure to let you all know!
