I would like to know if 5* hero Arena is divided into beginners/intermediate/veterans as well?

    Should be no, because it is available only for Summoner Level 40 and above.

    I have become lvl 40 and there is a 5* arena showed up all of a sudden and I'm in beginners bracket. So?

    There is no beginner or intermediate bracket in 5* featured arena. You would be competing with veterans.
