Is there any possibility of completing act 6.1 with below champs r I need to wait for GD champs and rank up present champs to enter act 6?

    Yes you can.Guillotine for every boss including crossbones and sentinel.

    It will likely cost you a decent handful of revives, but you can definitely get through better than I did. Go for it. Just remember the first two quests are arguably the hardest ones for completion, barring the CB boss if you didn’t have a counter.
