5* to R4 - (Unduped) Omega Red VS Human Torch!!!

Hi,
I have an omega red and human torch (both unawakened) at R3. I'm a couple of T4Basic away from taking one of them to R4. Who should I upgrade first? I haven't unlocked any suicide masteries yet.

PS: I have achieved Uncollected stats recently. I'm looking forward to completing Act 5.

    Torch is amazing, get him to max temp and do mlm combos and watch them melt.
