Creating an Alliance
I would like to suggest that kabam stop allowing new players to create alliances the day they begin the game.
I have searched through over a 1000 alliances to find most are abandoned. A new player comes in, creates an alliance, others join or are "auto" placed and then the "Leader" realizes that this game takes a hella lotta work to get ANYWHERE and they bail on the players who joined their alliance. Then after days and days of no show players and leaders the rest of the alliance players quit.
There should be a time or summoner level requirement to form an alliance. I believe that would improve new player rentention. If they are "auto" placed in an active alliance with experienced players.
If you doubt what i am saying about this costing players, just run a random search in the alliance search engine. You will find hundreds and hundreds and thousands of dead alliances.
It is beginning to appear as though only the very top tier alliance are playing on, new and beginner alliance's are passing away, cluttering the server and leaving people in them to fend for themselves.
Maybe they look manually like i have or try to find one automatically but either way they are not staying long and there are fewer and fewer full and active alliances everyday!
