Suicide's in Arena

While playing in Arena ( after v27.1 update ) it seems as if suicide's and recoil are not being registered while fighting. I have full suicide's active with 1 in recoil and 1 in glass cannon. I'm noticing a huge difference in damage output before and after the update. Anyone notice this?
