Modok lab uncollected player opinion

I feel this side quest is just unfair from an uncollected players point of view. The epic event is just too difficult for some players . On top of that the modok store has been updated only for cavalier players to give them easy 5* star shards . The uncollected modok store should be updated too imo to include them. What r your opinions?

Agreed. I conducted a poll in my alliance and the majority commented that they had to use at least 2 revives (keep in mind, these are uncollected+). Also, the modok store pales in comparison to the recent squirrel shop and lacks the flair of past event side quests such as the storm pyramid x and surfer events. I think that the shop should get a tune-up and buff given the difficulty of the quests.

I don't think it's too hard but I do think the update should be for uncollected also.

If you need on average 2 revives each time, then you better reassess your approach in tackling the path. It’s either your RNG luck on rolling dice not match with your selected team or you simply ignore the enhanced capabilities on each node.

There are 6 paths and based on class. You better stick to one class according to your roster’s class advantage i.e. if your top champs are mystic, then focus on cosmic path.

In comparison to recent content, yes the MODOK fights are too hard. Ok so you can roll a randomiser or delete node buffs, but that is going to end up costing the player anyway once the free stuff runs out, which is the exact same as having to use revives etc.

None of that would actually matter, I do enjoy a challenge, if the store was actually worth the input. No 5* shard option, for an Uncollected player who has just done what it takes to complete Epic, that's absolutely ridiculous! lol

I think I'll be concentrating on other content this month. Such a shame.

Done it 2 times. First time whole team was nearly dead, second time used 2-3 revives on cap. All deaths are at boss, first time it was Gulk, second time it was Tigra. Btw, my team isnt weakest — R3 domino, R4 Claire,R4 Cap IW + 4* 3/30 masacre and Doom.

Nodes are insane, rerolll doesnt help bc u get the same two-three nodes every time. Rewards arent match the effort Ill put there. I will not enter this labs again, at least till i cant upgrade more 5 stars.

I think difficulty will be lowered, bc there are many uncollected summoners with worse rosters. It is stressful to push this quest 30 times this mobth. Imo it is not doable with 4/40 4 stars, although u can become uncollected with that team.

yes i agree!!! at this point of game they should simply add cavalier difficulty instead of making uc harder

That was stupid easy and not on the "lvl" of epic (in my opinion)
Sinister labs was 2 times as hard as this month btw.

Exactly, why is it that uncollected player think that EPIC level should be easy for them? Or that they should have access to the same rewards as Cavalier?

Uncollected is a title of the past. If you want the top rewards, get with the program and go get your Cavalier title. Its been out for what...2 years?

I’d say newly uncollected players and cavalier players the event sucks. From the perspective of my low level alt that has completed act 4 it’s amazing, since the t4b and t4cc selectors can let me take a champ from r3 to r5 easily, but from the perspective of my main which is deep in the endgame it’s a pretty bad event

Agreed. I am playing in master difficulty and I need atleast 2 level 2 revives to complete it. Even though the rewards aren't good I planned to get me some revives and potions and try for uncollected but now I am instead putting all my revives in this quest and not getting good rewards.If we compare it to other quests the Barron's war(master difficulty) gave me one fully formed 5* crystal , 8 4* crystals and a lot of 3* crystals and phc and also 2 4* ag. And I completed it with one Rank 4 4 stars and 4 Rank3 4 stars.(Even though I had to put some revives it was totally worth it). And May's event was ok but I still got one 5* from legendary crystal, 2 t4cc, 10 4* crystals and 2 4* ag.I did this with my second team ( comparatively weaker than the top) because I used my top champs in alliance wars and quests. But now I can't get even half of a 5* properly and all the other rewards are almost same or less than previous side events. The only good thing was the revives but now it is not useful because I am putting all those to the quests itself. So the whole side event is dissappointing for me. Kabam should really consider this because we are not getting good rewards and also it is so difficult and especially for summoners who are developing. Please Kabam consider the rewards. Kind request.

The "Labs" are always very overpowered, and the Epic run is for Endgame players only. Epic looks deeply unpleasant this year.

I'm planning on getting Cavalier this month (not because of the event, it's just where I am), but I definitely plan on sticking with Master labs, personally. There's enough coins on offer for me there.

If I can access the better rewards, good; but I won't be crying into my beer if I don't make it.

You didn't get past that sentence, did u? I said it SO-CALLED, because GENERALLY it offers UNCOLLECTED-matching rewards, like 5–6 star shards and high tier catalysts. Also I explained that me (and my lvl players) was able to finish previous Epic quests, so there's no reason to not be able finish this one. There is a huge jump in difficulty, and it's obvious.

And if even this is not enough for u, just look at PI recommendations that Kabam pinned to each difficulty. Uncollected event quests recommend u to bring team from 28k to 33k, and EPIC quests recommend u to bring 28k. These numbers are wroten by Kabam, hence the uncollected EQ and Epic Side-quests are intended to be on the same difficulty level.

PI means nothing. If you only needed the recommended PI level to do anything, then no one would have done RoL LoL or AoL.

Just because something "Generally happens" doesn't make it equivalent all the time. Epic difficulty is a sliding scale, not a fixed point of progression. Again, that's why it's not called Uncollected. There's no mention anywhere that it is suitable for Uncollected or lower. So I'll reiterate. Uncollected difficulty does not mean Epic difficulty. Epic difficulty does not mean Uncollected difficulty. Those two things are not, have not, and will not be mutually exclusive in any manner.

The labs are usually of this difficulty. That's the challenge of them. You can't expect every event to be like the Mole Man expeditions, which was more "grindy". This time around, it's more skill-based, which means it's going to be more challenging. If you can't handle it, play on a lower difficulty.

Agreed but the rewards have to be atleast fair for uncollected players , the modok store offers 500 4* shards for 40 coins , and with the update cavaliers can get 500 5* shards for 20 coins. Seriously doesn't make sense!
