Willpower Mastery

So I just added another point to willpower. Should be healing at .6% of my health but I'm healing at .5%. I'm losing health at .6% from I forget what it's called but the poison mastery and it's clearly 10% higher than I'm healing. Is this a glitch?

    Could you say that again? Kinda hard for me to follow. Liquid Courage (poison) and all other poisons decreases all healing while it's up.

    And if you got boosts on then ur health decreases at a higher rate than it heals

    Poison lowers regeneration by about 30%, this might be what information you need, but yeah, as Jon said, the wording makes this kinda hard to understand.

    Cause all poisons decrease your regen. Not sure if they're all reduce health by 30%. Sounds right though.

    Because as the previous posters have stated, poison inhibits healing by 30%. So instead of healing for .6%, you'll really heal for .6% x 70%

    Forget about Liquid Courage (woah deja vu) and instead invest in the bottom attack masteries.
