Unable to play - commands do not respond

Often, in event missions, I lose control of the champions; the game takes over and they start fighting alone. I can't play and obviously I lose the fights. I have already restarted, I have already cleared cache, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem remains: the game plays alone - my champions fight alone and do not answer any of my commands.
