Power Reversal Node Bugged

Power reversal node is supposed to inflict a power drain debuff, as written, if the attacker gains a power gain buff. In MODOK's island, it is counting Mystic Dispersion to this effect, even though it doesn't manifest a buff.

Weird. I don’t run mystic dispersion but I can imagine that would suck.

Also, it power drains blade when he is power gaining when the opponent is bleeding.
