Are the targets daily?

I’m not sure how exactly we’re gonna be able to get 3k coins cause it just doesn’t add up. I’m not sure if the targets are daily but haven’t seen the ones for today pop up just yet.

No, just 13 (but each one looks like it may have 2 different targets, a 2 step Objective) ...

I did calculations, short of 100 to 3024.
Not sure where is the missing 100.
