That’s passive shock damage. It completely bypasses shock immunity

Thats not how it is.
Silver surfer just doesn't have any immunities, and therefore we will take damage from debuffs.

However, shock and incinerate debuffs deal 100% less damage on him, meaning that as long as it is a debuff, the damage will be reduced.
Against passive shock and passive incinerate, silver surfer ability won't do anything. And if the debuff deals more than 100% damage it will also damage silver surfer

Surfer only has immunity to shock, “debuffs” not passives, same thing with corvus, it is a bit of an annoying interaction especially considering power gain, “buffs” from flow are passives but hey, it eeeees, what it eeeees
