Animations Bug

Hello there!
I’ve noticed a few bugs in animations including Medusa, ghost rider, venom, and almost anyone with detachable “limbs” as an attack. Also another bug I’ve found is in ghost rider. His fury doesn’t activate after a MLLLM combo even with the blade synergy which should guarantee his fury will activate. Has anyone else noticed these?

    also the gully 2099 animation bug. after sp2 there is another blade on her other hand but its now a hologram somewhat distracting. warlock's head also sometimes disappear when using a heavy, venom the duck, losing the duck after mediums.
