What champs to work on to do cavalier?

Don't rank up dark hawk, he needs high sig to be of any use. Rank up km, void and havok to r4, thing needs synergies to do optimum damage, but he's still good

Well I do have a stash of tech sig stones for darkhawk I have I think like 30 so after hearing that should I work on ranking darkhawk still ?
