Quake - Do you think she could use more Synergies?

One of the best champs in game, used for a myriad of content in the right hands and my very first r5.

Seen her compared to ghost several times on forums, and one major thing she has over ghost is that she doesn’t need synergies to be great. That being said, ghost with her synergies adds a bunch of utility (hood/wasp) and damage (antman/quantum trinity)

Meanwhile the main synergy quake has going for her is with fury, the three evades.

I was thinking instead of changing current synergies, possibly making it so that future champions released would have synergies with her (kinda like Abomination and Red Guardian). What do you think?

Edit: If your argument is that shes already great on her own, then what if the synergy with her didnt benefit her, but did for other champs? (Kind of like how furies synergies dont affect him)

Considering that she’s basically top 2 (imo top) as she is, they should focus synergies on weaker champs

Thats a good point, but that synergy I talked about isn’t going to make someone replace a Corvus/Domino on their team for Abomination, it just makes Abom slightly more useable. Unless the synergy *significantly* improved the weaker champ, then I’d be on board with you

We haven’t really seen a synergy drastically change a champion before. In that case a buff would be more suitable

Both have synergies which drastically change both their play style and their abilities

To your original point as a Quake player I’ve got to say she doesn’t need any extra synergies, she has recently got one with NF and tbh she doesn’t need anything extra

With the whole having synergies not help her thing, I don’t see a need to have them on quake, have them between other champs so they both benefit, give yondu proper unique synergies with the guardians, for example yondu and star lord, star lord could get say the ability to always trigger the power drain effect on his s2 and 3, and yondu could get an increase in damage per bleed on the opponent or something

But the thing is, Domino and Ghost are already superb on their own. Adding those synergies just makes them even more deadly, which is the argument I was trying to make with Quake when I was comparing her with Ghost. It is for that reason that I think shes a step below Ghost

Sabretooth + KM, WS + KM, Void + KM, Heimdall + Angela/Hela + NF, etc.

She isn’t a step below ghost at all, if you can fully utilise her she is on par with ghost with full quantum synergy, which is going to take up the majority of your team.

Quake is just as good and only takes one slot up. There are so many more champs that need a synergy buff that quake is probably bottom of the list just because she is so good already

Agree with @Dr_Z01dberg above. She's not below ghost just because she doesn't need synergies. If anything, that makes her better than the others.

Exactly, the fact she runs solo with pretty much full effectiveness makes her better imo

I already mentioned that point though, she doesn’t need anyone like Hyperion or other great champs.

But the thing is, if youre not running suicides, ghost doesnt need anyone either. They just make her even more great, my original point was that ghost has that leverage meanwhile quake doesnt.

And if youre doing content like 6.4 you need to be able to use her with her dex method. Parry method wouldn’t work since youd be taking so much block damage

ABSOLUTELY! Cause the best champ in the game definitely needs more synergies than anyone else. (This is some hardcore sarcasm if you couldn't tell.)

even if she is just below ghost that makes her the number 2 champ in the game.
there is no need to buff that.
there is already a huge imbalance in champs with Ghost, Quake and Aegon being light years ahead of the pack, while 100 champs or so are light years behind the pack.
Making and already OP champ more OP will only break the game.
Ghost and Quake are already borderline broken cheat codes and if we look back to v12 and the fact kabam nerfed SW, Thor and DS because they did not want a single champ to destroy the game. the similarities here are striking.
So yeah its a hard pass. yes they require more skill and maybe not quite as powerful but that is why i say these guys are borderline broken. but irrespective of your thoughts on that there is no way quake needs synergies to make her even better.
Do not boost these already godly champs.

make synergies to improve other champs, like rocket, he has high damage, gove him some synergies to give him some utility and bring him up to useful.
