Well yesterday I was in the M.O.D.O.K labs and I slept I woke up and that lab had ended with my ticket all gone to waste. So I told myself it’s my fault
Today i was i the lab fighting spider monkey i got a phone call and the game ended I logged in to see that It has automatically exited the lab but the lab has 21 hours more to run.

You can come back in and CONTINUE, just like every other Quest that you were in the middle of.
** just DON'T leave by clicking the Red Exit Icon.
HOWEVER...
What you saw first time is because of overnight (depending where you are in world) Reset Time for the quest.
There is a Daily Reset Timer so that if you got stuck with a certain combination of opponents that you can not beat (which do not randomly change trying it again unless you actually do beat it the time before), the Daily Reset forcibly re-randomizes the opponents again the next day when you start a NEW Lab the next day.
But that means if you were in the middle of a Modok Lab at night and came back to Resume the next day, you would probably have been kicked out of it.
If so, that should not happen.
(disclaimer, haven’t tried, but...) Wonder if it is a HARD RESET (as in even if you are actively within the Modok quest, will it cut you off at that exact time) ?
-OR- is it like those Daily Basic/Class Cat quests where staying in there, short of energy, going away for the night, and coming back the next morning to finish, still gives you a certain number of hours after the normal Reset Time that you can still “Continue” and finish it up ? (or at least, that is how the Daily Cat quests used to work for a long time, not sure if they still do).
I went to fight again and game crashed. I reopened the game to see that message "the quest has expired" and lost my ticket.
I wrote to support (first thing you should do before complaining here imo) and although it took 2 days I got my ticket back.
Support is usually pretty efficient, before complaining here you definitely should open a ticket to them

...or are you saying even the Phone Call interrupted case caused the Modok Lab to exit, and you could not even do CONTINUE for that one either ??
If so, that should not happen.

Unless you are in Europe or east of there and that (around 1:05pm) is maybe when the Daily Timer expires for Modok, then it probably was a bug.
Lately there have been other reports of ticketed entries (Rifts last month) where game crashed but instead of allowing CONTINUE once they restarted it instead had totally kicked them out of Rift and they basically lost their ticket then.
That is not normal (but apparently has been happening more often lately), so if happened you should submit a Support Ticket.
