Stuck in Master Mode.

So, I'm stuck on War Machine in Master mode. I have already beaten him and it won't let me advance. I don't wanna end the quest because that'll be wasted energy. Can someone fix this for me?

I was able to fight him, for the second time, but I lost a champion do to the broken block that's still hasn't been fixed.

Does this happen after a disconnection or interruption during the fight?
