INCOMING BUG FIX:
We'll fixing an issue with the Side Quests where all difficulties had the same Selector rewards.
We've fixed the Selectors in Threat Levels 4, 3, 2 and 1 to no longer contain rewards for Progression levels above the target audience.
Threat Level 4 rewards cap out at Thronebreaker
Threat Level 3 caps out at Cavalier
Threat Level 2 caps out at Uncollected
And Threat Level 1 has rewards for Proven

should be enough for falcon
You may be able to get the 4* falcon for 3 mil.
7 mil will get you AA. Dont see any reason to go after falcon for 7m even if its for the collection.
my bad never knew duping from arena gives you ISO8.
I can only reach slightly above 1.5m without arena boosts and grinding multiple times. Have to wait a couple more months building roster to get 4* basic which less Summoner are interested it.
It's because it doesn't, you just get one sig level. It's like using an awakening gem on the champion.
