FIX GHOST RIDERS MEDIUM ATTACK ANIMATION

We all know ghost riders medium animation is beet weird looking and it glitches, regular ghost rider users will know about this issue. Kabam please fix this animation ( medium) . #speakup

Keep in mind, it's not just Ghost Rider. Doc Ock, Medusa, Stark Spidey, Yondu, Vulture, and a host of others are all affected by this same animation issue.
