Can somebody please tell me what is the point of the re-roll tokens?
I have used numerous times due to the fact that nothing changes when I re-roll them for hopefully better buffs to contend with.
The last time used which was just now, I have rerolled 4x already at the boss and have been given the same 2 buffs each spin (spite and masochism 😔) the only change that's happened is they swap places and that's all that happens each time I have tried to use them previously. Kabam is there any other poor people suffering with this same annoyance?

There is only a limited ammount of specific nodes that can appear, for each path and for the final boss.
Being that the final boss has only a couple of them, it is very likely to get the same over and over again

I got the same 2 nodes six times in a row. Not the first time it happened to me. Only reason i kept trying is because that Nightcrawler boss with mighty charge is a real treat lol

It's a useless feature
The buff pool is small so you'll most likely keep getting the same buffs over and over

I suggest you start playing the modok quest with the belief that those buffs are permanent

There’s only 6 node buffs available for the boss fights. It’s no surprise that multiple rerolls returns the same ones. For reference, someone in my alliance line chat circulated this if it’s any help...

They did pools so we have to use the deleter if there is a rough node. Then, we either have less rewards or we buy more coins, both wins for kabam

It's the illusion of choice with these randomizers. As said before just play as if they don't exist.

If there's one node you struggle with or might find easy, then they can have value. For me, I'm not a fan of Mighty charge, but depending on my champs (let's say I brought Dr Voodoo) might have an easy time against Rage.

So they aren't completely useless. Just a lot less effective than they've ever been in any labs before...

If you have enough gold available, you should re-roll to oscillate and mystic ward every boss fight. Just keep buying more dice until it happens, and it can sometimes take a while.

I think I’ve gotten Oscillate/Mystic Ward twice overall, and that includes a couple of dozen rerolls to see what all the nodes were.

I see Mighty Charge and Masochism or Spite and Rage combined all the time.

Totally random, of course.
