Why is masochism considered so hard, is it because of the regen?

I think the Regen and also the fact that it eats the parry stun, so your reflex to parry attacks hurts you.

I think it's mostly because its the first annoying node encountered in act 5 it seems super difficult at first. When you get used to playing around it or use certain champs (ones that apply lots of debuffs, ST w/BP synergy, OG Thor, Proxima too I believe), it doesn't seem that hard anymore. I struggled a lot with it when I first encountered it, but now I find it just midly annoying

basically you can't parry unless you use certain synergy teams or a VERY debuff heavy champ that can also outdamage the regen(i.e. nick fury).
