I'm sorry to hear you're missing items! If a restart doesn't work and they're not in your Stash you'll need to reach out to our Support team as we aren't able to help you out with this one here.

To contact them, select the Gear Icon in the upper left corner of the screen. From there select "Support" and you'll be taken to our ticket submission page. Once submitted, someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are you talking about the Basic Arena? If so, it's only +1 Sig. No ISO, no Shards. If not, then Vydious has the best option for you.
