I can't click on shard crystals or special

Hello there, i am on chrome book but for some reason i cant click on shard crystals and specials in the crystals tab. i can not take a screenshot as i am on chrome. just to let u know i am level 2 and can click on everything else fine. if i am dumb and need to level higher or its a bug please let me know. thank you.
