Next 5* r5 or 6* r2?

I have recently completed 6.2.2 (sinister boss) and I have completed v4 and v3, so my main goals are to finish 6.2 and complete v2. My main champs are 5* CMM, 5* blade, 6* g99, 5* venom, as well as a 5/65 sunspot. I don’t have GR or nick fury as a 5* so I won’t have CMM or blade synergies in act 6. Who should I rank up next???
