After playing and testing out Corvus for a long time my final Judgment is that with suicides Corvus is the best cosmic in the game.

    He is not THE best. He's incredibly high up there but not the best. Imo best cosmic goes to CMM.

    He is an AQ god, and depending on tier and path can be a war beast as well. He destroys EQ and most side contents. He's great in incursions also. But he is not the ideal champ top use in the upper chapters of act 6 and likely beyond unless you like long fights waiting for his charges to refill. If your opinion is that he's the best cosmic, great. But many others will have differing opinions.

    No he don't he requires suicides.
    In Act 6.4, he definitely needs boosts + suicides. Health pools are to high for just burst damage. Definitely needs that 150% Cosmic boost.

    I tested him with just Suicides and he worked great.

    Corvus was my most used champ in 6.4, and I’ve never run suicides. Boosts were rare.

    All great points. Personally, Corvus is my top cosmic champ. I used him through Act 6 completion as well as my first Abyss run. I do also enjoy using CMM and Hyperion...all very strong champs.

    Corvus is an extremely good cosmic champ, but it could be argued captain sparkles and hype are better then him.
