who to rank up??

I have a cosmic awakening gem and I have corvus, silver surfer and medusa all 5 star unawakened. Who should I awaken and rank up?

    for awakening the one who benefits the most is going to be medusa, but the best out of those 3 is corvus.

    Medusa benefits the most from awakening.
    Corvus is overall better champ and awakening helps a lot.
    Silver Surfer awake and max his sig, only if you are after prestige.
    I would go Corvus out of these
