Virus shuts off Corvus so why not guilly pretty unfair

    The Virus only shuts off Offensive abilities and the Cloak is a defensive one.

    Infection reduces OAA, offensive ability accuracy,
    Or abilities that trigger when that champ attacks
    Ignoring champ descriptions seems more unfair
