What is the quest that is easiest to explore given a diverse roster of champs?

I already did completion of act 6. i got lots of 5s champs and it seems to be diverse enough for exploration. I also did a completion run of LOL. I also have a 5/65 aegon at sig80 for LOL.

In the comments, if you may also say which specific problematic champs/counters/paths are normally or most likely can hinder me from exploring your suggested quest.

If u have aegon maxed out then do 100% LOL first... I'll wait for act 6 exploration as kabam might tune act 6 opponents attack and health values...
Or if u wanna give a shot then definitely 6.1 is easiest
