How can I improve the game's performance on my Android phone?

I hear a lot of people talking about factory reset, actually don't know how to do this, so it would be nice if someone could put me through. Any other tips would be nice.
I use a Gionee K3 phone, Android 9. Had it for about a month now, but the game has started lagging really badly... so I want to know what I can do about that.

    Yeah, I always do that.
    Still laggy
