Kabam account and saving data

Hi my little brother is going to get a new iPhone he doesn’t have a Kabam account because he already used his regular email on another account so he can’t link his account To make a Kabam ID to the same email. My question is when he gets a new phone because he doesn’t have a Kabam account will his account save?

Make a new email account and then use that. Gmail is free.

Technically, the email address used for Kabam login doesn't even need to exist as a real email account, but I don't recommend going that route because if anything happens to the account and you don't actually own the email address being used for the ID of that game account, you're going to be stuck.

It has been a really long time since I've done this, but there is a support article that describes the process. It seems if you're playing on a phone and you didn't originally make a Kabam ID, there should be a button that allows you to make one. I can't specifically vouch for the process as it has been forever since I played without a kabam login, but here's the article: Account Registration

A critical part of the process seems to be to make sure you continue your game instead of starting a new one. That will likely wipe out your game process. I'm not sure if someone else is sufficiently familiar with the process to help further, but that's the best I could find.

Is it possible that all of his Mcoc data is backed up and saved in iCloud so he won’t need a Kabam ID

If the game is linked to his iCloud ID, maybe. If you are going to get the new phone before you lose the old phone, you can always check. Having a kabam ID is generally a good idea regardless, because if you don't have one there are many things support can't help you with.
