UC Havok Counter Tactics Help

Any good counters to that havok in the second to last chapter in this months uncollected with the counter tactics node?

venom make sure he has an armor buff.
Havok, immune to his plasma and might be able to slow play to an s3 for a kill shot.
Doc Oc can do some work.

You have a havok, havok counters himself since he doesn't take plasma detonation damage.
