how does unfazed works?

im trying to complete LoL but their pasive evade is very hard, so i want to unlock unfazed due to become unstopable probabilitie when evade triggers, but this always works or just with a 18% probabilite.

Unfazed can help quite a bit if you get it to rank 4 or 5, as you're increasingly likely to go Unstoppable.

It's a fairly expensive Mastery, though. Far less effective than a champion with True Strike or access to Slow debuffs.
