Tried everything but Can’t create kabam ID

Hello everyone I’m trying to help out my little brother , hes been playing MCOC for at least 2-3 years, he has an iPhone and he wanted to create a kabam account so he can sync when he changed devices to an iphone 11 but everytime he tried to create an account it says "the account is already linked, do you want to connect" and if he agrees the game starts over at the tutorial and at level 1. Logging out from the app takes him back to his lvl 52 account. Does any one know how to fix this, I’ve tried everything to help him, like the Kabam FAQ wedsite but it doesn’t work and we have tried contacting Kabam but the same BOT keep responding with the FAQ post. We’ve also tried creating a new email but it said the email or password is wrong witch doesn’t make any sense because we’re creating a kabam ID bit logging in. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ps. I posted something similar to this a few days ago but this time I worded it differently and I think it’s less confusing.

this happens to me, don’t know what to do. I’ve accidentally made like 5 different accounts trying to link mine

I always say no when that dialogue box comes up as it is referencing a different account and when I say yes it takes me to that account. Anyway I can just LOG in on three different devices with the same account and it is not an issue? Just simply log in? Nothing to sync or do other than login with the correct email and password?

We need to create a kabam ID for the lvl 52 account but when we try to create a kabam ID not log into a kabam account it saids email and or password is incorrect but it doesn’t make sense because we’re trying create a kabam ID not log into one so how is the email and password incorrect?

If I understand correctly, this Level 52 account is not linked at all.

If this is the case, to create a Kabam id, you should be able to see this screen.

Click on the bottom left green icon.
Hope it is still correct.

Following up on Runamok's and Winterthur's above...

I think that question being asked “already linked, do you want to connect” is saying that you already have an account, do you just want to connect to that instead ??
So think if you say NO, it will go ahead and create that NEW KABAM ID that you are trying to create.

Sort of non-intuitive. Then you can connect the new ID to the currently unlinked level 52 account of his. See LINK in prev reply.
Might have to try a different brand new gmail address (again), if the first attempt at a new gmail got messed up to a new level-1 acct.
