The game keeps freezing up

I'm not sure if this is only happening to me but the game keeps freezing up badly. It happened a lot whenever I've to move from one part of the game to the other. Also whenever I do a heavy attack it freezes for like 2 seconds and then it gets all wacky. Is anyone else experiencing this?

What make and model of phone are you using? Device could be getitng old.

Note 9 with all the updates current. It's not my phone.

Maybe try redownloading the game?

I'm pretty sure I I have done everything I can do from my side. Uninstall and reinstall. Clear my phone from cache even hard reboot my phone. So I'm pretty sure is not from my end.

I'm contemplating getting an iPhone but it's really sad that the only reason is cuz of the game. I actually don't like iPhones myself. I used to be an iPhone user till I got into Samsung. I want to get the legend title. I have tried 6 time for it and I can't get the time down. The loading time kills the run.
