Nick fury heavy attack

Is it just me seeing this? Nick fury guns is in his hands when he does a heavy attack on captain marvel. Or is his guns in his hands also part of his heavy attack?

    Maybe a glitch? Or it could be normal, but it looks cool

    Im not sure. Because after i land a medium attack and parry her, I used an heavy attack on her
