Slow debuff

When slow debuff is applied, the unstoppable buff does not disappear. But it continues.

The debuff reduces the Ability Accuracy of Unstoppable and Evade effects by 100%.
In the case of Spider-Gwen, it doesn't necessarily removes the effect, but rather avoids it from triggering

Spider Gwen's Slow Debuff will stop upcoming Unstoppable Buffs.

SheHulk's heavy attack first removes Unstoppable then applies Slow Debuff.
