"Favorite" champions and filters

I would like to be able to tag my favorite champs, so I can easily view just the ones I am actively using, ranking, or leveling.
A bonus would be ability to define additional tags, so I can easily look at particular groups of champs. It should be easy to get at the tags from the champions filter. Remembering the last filter used, or saving my own filters, would go nicely with such a feature to make it quicker to find particular champs.
