Have a galaxy s20 5g

have brand new galaxy s20, high speed wifi, have taken every step to fix constant freezing/lag/crashing. Can Kabam fix the game so its an even playing field for android and ios players alike? Thank you

where are you located?
do you have the snap dragon chipset or the exynos chipset?
have you upgraded to android 10?

i only know of one person who has had issues on his s20 and that was after upgrading to android 10 he was no longer able to log into MCOC
