What is regarded as recently?

How recent is recently? Is it 3 - 6 months as with other act content? I did my initial act 6.1 on release, 6.2 probably 6 months ago, and initial completion, plus some exploration in the last 2-3 months.

    For act changes for 1-4 it was 3 months. I feel like for act 6, it will be different as the reason behind it is different.

    Thought it was 6 months for some reason, really hope they stretch it out. I purposefully put off completion seeing this exact thing coming.. thought may as well do it, they weren't changing anytime soon and then this happens - gained absolutely nothing from my exploration, so will be gutted if it was for nothing.
